On properties of Plancherel algebras

We proved the predictions by Ben-Zvi, Sakellaridis, and Venkatesh that the Plancherel algebra $\mathrm{PL}_{X}$ is commutative and its loop-rotated version $\mathrm{PL}_{X,\hbar}$ is flat over $k[\hbar]$.
