Applied the project's\n mathematical-exposition.txt, including the separate rules for\n abstract content, method attribution and audit recommendations.\n Followed the reader's local goal and available notation, rather than\n treating the ability to reconstruct the proof as evidence of clarity.\n\nIntroduction\n The abstract contains the results, with no proof sketch.\n Its original displayed-list opening is restored with endpoint\n 19m-1, retaining the specific count examples through 70, 186 and 360.\n The introduction motivates counting even values, states the two\n uniform theorems, and distinguishes their endpoints from specific\n parameter choices.\n The one-value result now precedes the general formula. The table's\n uniform column uses that formula consistently for all counts.\n Both literature-comparison tables now include an explicit\n Endpoint from [10] column alongside the count paper [9] and\n the present construction. The shifted table distinguishes v1's\n specific bounds from its 67m-1 formula. The finite-count table uses\n v1 Theorem 1.1 at m=1 and explains why those general bounds are\n weaker here than the specific estimates from [9]. All nine new\n entries were checked; the five ceiling calculations used exact\n rational logarithm enclosures.\n Sorokin/Huttner and Krisman are stated in comparable\n ranges, including Krisman's shorter beta(4) endpoint.\n The comparison table's explanation states the four earlier bounds\n explicitly and explains why discarding the preceding even beta\n values still leaves an irrational member, restoring the v1 wording.\n Before those statements, the introduction now identifies the earlier\n result as a previous version of this paper, cites its bibliography\n entry [10], and explains why it is being recalled. The heading\n [10, Theorem 1.1] identifies the reproduced theorem by its source;\n the current result remains Theorem 1.2.\n The transition now explicitly identifies the headline improvement:\n the earlier paper proved Theorem 1.1 with 67 in place of 19. It then\n introduces the comparison of the general bounds for B values.\n The proof outline identifies s as the even upper index and states\n that q_b(n) and rho_nu(n) are rational. It explains the sequences,\n fixed cancellation weights, and why nonzero integers tending to zero\n give a contradiction. Before invoking the Gram representation, it\n explains that B candidate multipliers produce B vectors of seed\n constants, which become the columns of the matrix.\n The second-derivative example explains how the starting index moves.\n Method sources and the changes to the earlier construction are\n identified; prerequisites are stated.\n The v1 general theorem is reproduced immediately before the current\n general theorem, with both together on page 2. Their endpoint\n constants use matching notation C_B^(1) and C_B and their formulas\n are displayed in the same order. The following paragraph compares\n the multipliers for B=1,2,3 and explains the odd grids and pole spacing\n change. The opening one-value theorem remains first.\n\nConstruction and rank\n Odd grids and pole spacing 2 are introduced through their common\n alternating sign. The roles of a, r and the normalization are stated.\n The normalization is now kappa_n throughout, including kappa_1 and\n kappa_p; the endpoint constants retain C_B. The former ambiguity\n between the normalization C_1 and the endpoint C_1=19 is removed.\n Before defining the multiplier, Section 2 explains that it adjusts\n rational constants while preserving grid zeros and reflection;\n homogeneity will control scaling at prime indices.\n The endpoint criterion explains what u and U measure.\n The seed target has a purpose before the matrix construction.\n The worked B=2,m=1 example gives the kernels, two polynomials, common\n positive weight, moment matrix and the actual seed-producing\n combination before the general formula.\n The example now explains the midpoint line's fixed signs and how\n substituting -(t+1)^2 makes the multiplier reproduce h_j on that line.\n The general proof separates moving derivatives, independence,\n homogenization and positivity. It explains why the central powers\n cancel and where the contour sign comes from.\n\nArithmetic, analysis and nonvanishing\n The numerator-block lemma is introduced as the divisibility needed\n in pole expansions.\n The grouped denominator proof explains why termwise clearing may\n fail and why the grid zeros repair it.\n The decay section first states the denominator cost, then separates\n the bounded scaled range, differentiation and infinite tail.\n The explanation of uniform Stirling error includes bounded gamma\n arguments when t/n tends to zero.\n The tail estimate explicitly enlarges the odd summation grid of\n spacing 2/b to the denser grid of spacing 1/b for its upper bound.\n The prime section states its nonvanishing purpose, distinguishes\n tau from the clearing exponent, and spells out the coefficient\n scaling before and after differentiation.\n A single-grid example identifies the selected factors explicitly\n and shows their product is p^L P_1(t), before fraction classes enter.\n The final contradiction reconnects fixed cancellation, rationality,\n integrality, decay and nonvanishing.\n\nEndpoints and supporting material\n The endpoint coefficients are tied to the growth costs they pay.\n Section 8.1 explains that the numerator contribution and derivative\n denominator cost grow linearly in m; choosing a=m a_B gives the\n claimed linear endpoint scale.\n The finite table provides the exact rational u through an integer\n numerator and labels the U column as approximate.\n Appendix B retains the sharper 18.58 statement and its proof,\n followed by the limiting profile. Its numerical transition and\n exact certificates are distinguished.\n The exact identity a+k+Phi(2y)=m Psi_r(a/m,y)-1 explains the\n finite-m correction and why the other integer r choices fail even\n with that correction.\n The audit note gives outcome and scope without recounting advice.\n Historical review records are marked as version 1 in review/README.txt.\n\nComparison with the submitted version 1\n Compared the current exposition with the actual submitted 17-page v1,\n identified by its PDF hash in the comparison revision record.\n The v2 Gram example, single-grid dilation example and coefficient\n scaling are clearer and have been retained.\n Restored the count-to-interval walkthrough in Section 1.1, including\n the reduction from the earlier endpoint 3828 to 352.\n Section 2.1 now explains the two jobs of grid zeros before the products.\n The centered interval, spacing 2 and Ln factors per class explain the\n numerator's shape. Section 2.2 displays both partial-fraction\n expansions, and Section 2.3 defines the target vector explicitly.\n Section 5.2 restores the factor bound 1+epsilon/c and its product cost,\n then identifies the powers of n that cancel in the tail.\n Section 7 distinguishes the coefficients fixing the multiplier and\n seed from the weights subsequently canceling irrational values.\n Section 8.1 explains the choices 80/9 and 18 and the resulting\n coefficients inside the even ceiling.\n These restore explanations compressed during the v2 rewrite.\n The mathematical claims, abstract and endpoint tables are unchanged.\n\nLayout\n Numbered subsections and a title without a forced line break retained.\n Rendered pages, equation spacing, tables, references and page\n transitions checked; final details and PDF hash are in\n assembly-review.json.\n\nResult\n The initial five gaps identified in the targeted review are addressed.\n The revised passages explain the choices needed to follow the\n construction, the dilation mechanism and the endpoint estimates.\n The subsequent headline revision uses 19m-1, restores the abstract's\n original opening style and keeps the sharper results in Appendix B\n and the specific examples. The revisions and validation scopes are\n recorded in v2-exposition-revision-2026-11-06.json and\n v2-headline-revision-2026-11-06.json.\n The later comparison with v1 identified five further explanatory\n repairs and a clearer introductory example. All six are implemented\n and recorded in v2-v1-comparison-revision-2026-11-06.json.\n The subsequent direct theorem comparison puts v1 before v2 using\n matching endpoint constants. Section 8 explicitly sets a_B=C_B-1.\n Its notation checks, numerical examples and final 20-page visual\n review are in v2-theorem-comparison-2026-11-06.json.\n The context revision identifies the earlier result and cites v1 as\n reference [10]. Its scope and final PDF validation are recorded in\n assembly-review.json under context_revision.\n\nFinal reading after the table revisions\n Read the full manuscript after the normalization and overview\n refinements and the addition of the cited comparison columns.\n The final consistency change uses The column from [10] below both\n tables, preserving the user's simplified headings. The references\n to the earlier paper's Section 8.2 and Theorem 1.1 remain explicit.\n No further substantive exposition changes are recommended.\n" }
