Run pdfLaTeX twice on main.tex.
On this author installation:
~/texlive/2026/bin/universal-darwin/pdflatex -interaction=nonstopmode -halt-on-error main.tex
~/texlive/2026/bin/universal-darwin/pdflatex -interaction=nonstopmode -halt-on-error main.tex
On other installations use the corresponding pdflatex binary.
