Build with pdfLaTeX and BibTeX, for example:
  latexmk -pdf -interaction=nonstopmode -halt-on-error main.tex

Alternatively:
  pdflatex main.tex
  bibtex main
  pdflatex main.tex
  pdflatex main.tex

A standard TeX Live installation supplies the required packages and the
plainnat bibliography style. The bibliography source and generated main.bbl
are both included. No external figures or nonstandard system fonts are needed.
